You will be billed immediately at checkout when you sign up. Thereafter, your recurring charges will fall on the 1st of the month. Once you place your FIRST order - we will process your order within 14 days. It takes about 3-5 business days to receive your box. You will receive a tracking number and you can also email info@spicysubscriptions.com if to request your tracking number as well.

Note: The cut-off date to receive a certain Month's Box is the 10th of the month.

For example - if you sign up on, or before, October 10th, you will be charged IMMEDIATELY - and you will receive the October Box for your first shipment. Your second box will be in November and you will be charged for your 2nd box on November 1. 

If you sign up after October 10th, you will be charged IMMEDIATELY - and you will be sent your first box within 14 days. Your 2nd box will then be the December box and you will be billed for your 2nd box on December 1. Whether you're subscribed to a Monthly or Prepaid Subscription plan, your recurring charges will then fall on the 1st of the month.

Yes! All of our Subscription plans are set to Auto renew. Whether you're a Monthly Subscriber or a Prepaid Multi-Month Subscriber. If you wish to cancel your Subscription and prevent it from renewing, you can do so from your customer account at any time. 

Yes! Absolutely. Your package will arrive with a label saying “SS Inc.”. So don’t worry - nothing to be scared about!

When your box ships, the email associated with your account will receive a tracking email.

First Month Subscribers: We will ship your first box within 14 days of you placing your order. It takes about 3-5 business days to receive your box. You can email us for your tracking number at info@spicysubscriptions.com

Recurring Subscribers (2nd box and beyond): Our boxes ship within the 1st 10 days of the month. However, if you still haven’t received your box by the 11th of the month (and you are in the US), there could be a slight delay. You will be notified on the 11th of a given month when there is a delay. We work hard at Spicy Subscriptions so we’ll do our best to make sure this doesn’t happen.
